Returns & Exchanges

We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their order. While we do not offer refunds, we do offer exchanges within 7 days of the item being received. The received date is the date shown as delivered on the package tracking. 

To exchange an item, email us at helpshopkeps@gmail.com and we will be in contact about your reasoning for an exchange. Once the item is received back in the original condition (unwashed, unworn/used, tags attached, and without any heavy scents/perfumes, etc.), we will process a gift card in the amount of the purchase minus the original shipping cost unless otherwise discussed. The gift card will be sent to the email address you provide, while communicating with us, about your exchange reasoning.  

  • Discounts and promotions used at the time of purchase cannot be transferred to the new purchase.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return an item.
  • Exchanges may take up to 5 business days after receiving to be processed.

 * We cannot do exchanges on body products, limited items, sale, or holiday/seasonal items.
